In the heart of Český Krumlov, amidst the atmosphere of this historic town, his works resonated deeply with visitors who came to be swept away by his exceptional pieces.
The gallery in Český Krumlov has been closed, but its spirit lives on, and it will return in the future, perhaps in a different place, in another city. Where exactly that will be is yet to be discovered, but what is certain is that its energy will continue. Meanwhile, the artistic legacy of Simon Gallery continues in a vibrant form through SimonGallery.store, where Jarin’s artistic vision finds a new dimension and a new audience.
Jarin's work focuses on mystical surrealism, in which wild beasts such as tigers, lions and cheetahs play a major role, symbolizing energy, freedom and hidden emotions. Each of his works is interwoven with the symbols of ancient Egypt - hieroglyphs, sacred symbols and statues of pharaohs, which give the images a touch of mystery. Jarin has a unique ability to connect historical and mystical themes, which become part of his imaginative world, drawing the viewer into a magical atmosphere.
The story of SimonGallery.store is dedicated to Simon, the key inspirer and symbol of this project. Simon was not only a muse for Jarin but also a guide on his path to creative freedom. It was thanks to Simon that the space was created where Jarin could explore and develop his unique style.
It was only later that Jarin realized that Simon bore a striking resemblance to his girlfriend Lucie, whom he hadn’t known at the time when he created Simon. He first noticed this similarity when her brother remarked, “That’s you without hair!” When gallery visitors also began pointing out the resemblance, Jarin realized that this detail was no coincidence. The mystery of Simon began to unfold.
